Your information, plainly.
What we collect on this site, why, and how to get off a list.
What this site collects
Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send the club newsletter. We record when you signed up and the page you signed up from. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list.
Inquiries. When you ask about a court rental, a birthday party, Reach Performance or anything else, we keep what you typed — name, email, phone if given, dates and your message — so we can answer you. It goes to the club’s inbox — our staff system, where the club’s directors read and answer it — and, if that is unavailable, to the club by email; we keep a copy so we can answer you. Along with the message we record the page you sent it from and your IP address, to stop spam.
Registration. Signing up for a program happens on Playbook, our registration system, under Playbook’s own terms. This site links there; it does not see your payment details.
Live modules. The schedule, open-court hours and the Reach leaderboard are read from our own systems. The leaderboard shows athletes by first name and last initial only.
What it doesn’t
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling of data. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which sees the request like any web font host.
Investors
The investor site at /investor asks for a verified email before showing the deck; that address is kept so we know who has seen it. The investor introductions page at /network is invite-only.
Questions, changes, deletion
